Do you have a return / refund policy?

We want your online shopping experience to be as comfortable as possible, and we know returns are part of that. The following applies to items sold and shipped by Mile High Airguns.

  • We accept returns on new, unused items within 30 days of the date you receive them.
  • Some items are not eligible for return. See the return policy for the current exclusions and defective-item process, and check any non-returnable notice on the product page before ordering.
  • Products that have left our warehouse can no longer be sold as new and are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return.
  • Defective items may be returned within the first 30 days for a refund or replacement. After 30 days, product defects are handled through the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Alterations often void the warranty. If we find tool marks or other signs that an item has been used, damaged, or altered, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you.
  • Items that have been serviced by another repair center or the manufacturer are no longer eligible for return to us.
  • All returns must have an RMA (return authorization) number. Please contact us to request one before shipping anything back.
  • Include your order number, the reason for the return, and your RMA number in the box, and package the item securely.

Our business mailing address is in Kalispell, Montana. Authorized returns go to our designated returns facility in Solon, Ohio; please obtain an RMA before shipping.

What is the shipping timeframe?

We dispatch orders Tuesday–Friday. The order cutoff is 11 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST). Orders received after the cutoff move to the next dispatch day. Orders placed after Friday’s cutoff, over the weekend, or on Monday are scheduled for Tuesday, subject to stock, order verification, and holiday closures.

Some orders take longer to process, including hazmat products, special-order items, orders containing out-of-stock items, and orders that need verification before processing. Changes made to an order after it's submitted can also cause delays.

What shipping charges can I expect?

We offer free standard ground shipping on qualifying orders of $175 or more for items sold and shipped by Mile High Airguns within the contiguous United States, including eligible P.O. Boxes and APO, FPO, and DPO destinations. The minimum is the order subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping; orders at exactly $175 qualify. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and restricted items or destinations are excluded.

For eligible orders below $175 in our supported domestic and military shipping zone, standard shipping is $14.95 for a shipment weighing up to and including 10 lb, or $21.95 for a shipment over 10 lb.
