What shipping charges can I expect?

Free Shipping Offer

Mile High Airguns offers FREE standard ground shipping on qualifying orders of $175 or more for items sold and shipped by Mile High Airguns.

Free shipping is available to addresses within the contiguous United States, including P.O. Boxes and U.S. military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and other locations where carrier restrictions apply.

Please note:

  • Certain oversized, hazardous, or restricted items may not qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders shipped to Point Roberts, Washington, are routed through Canada. Only products approved for shipment to Canada may be sent to this destination.

  • Shipping restrictions may require cancellation of certain items.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are based on your delivery destination, package weight, dimensions, and the shipping method selected.

To view your exact shipping cost:

  1. Add your items to your shopping cart.

  2. Proceed to Checkout.

  3. Enter your shipping ZIP Code.

  4. Available shipping methods and exact shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

International Orders

What exchange rate will I be charged?

All prices on our website are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

If you are placing an international order, your financial institution or credit card provider will determine the applicable exchange rate and any currency conversion fees at the time your payment is processed.

Shipping Restrictions

It is the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws before ordering.

Mile High Airguns reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot legally be shipped to the customer's location.

The restrictions below are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed to be complete or current. Laws change frequently, and customers are responsible for verifying all applicable regulations before placing an order.

Airsoft Guns

Federal law requires all airsoft guns to be sold with a minimum 1/4-inch blaze orange muzzle or orange flash hider to distinguish them from firearms.

Traditional airguns (BB and pellet guns) are not subject to this federal requirement.

States That Treat Certain Airguns as Firearms

If your state or municipality requires an FFL transfer for airguns, Mile High Airguns offers an FFL Transfer Reimbursement Program.

FFL Reimbursement Program

Customers may request reimbursement 30 days after delivery if:

  • The airgun has not been returned.

  • Proof of the FFL transfer is provided.

  • A copy of the transfer receipt is submitted.

Customers may receive reimbursement in the form of a one-time coupon equal to 50% of the FFL transfer fee (up to $20).

Coupons expire 90 days after issuance.

State & Local Restrictions

Certain products cannot be shipped to specific states or municipalities due to local laws.

Examples include restrictions involving:

  • Airsoft guns

  • Blank guns

  • Ammunition

  • CO₂ cartridges

  • PCP airguns

  • Firearm magazines exceeding state capacity limits

  • Automatic knives

  • Pepper spray

  • Suppressors

  • Slingshots

  • Blowguns

  • Flamethrowers

  • Tannerite

  • Crossbows

  • Longbows

  • Foregrips

  • Machetes

Many cities and counties have additional restrictions beyond state law.

Examples include:

  • New York City

  • Philadelphia

  • Chicago

  • Washington, D.C.

  • Boulder, Colorado

  • Various counties throughout California

  • Numerous municipalities nationwide

Because these laws change frequently, Mile High Airguns verifies orders before shipment and reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates applicable laws.

Brand-Specific Restrictions

Certain manufacturers produce models that may not be legal for shipment into every jurisdiction.
