Return Policy

At Mile High Airguns, we strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that returns are sometimes necessary, and we're committed to making the process as simple as possible. The following return policy applies to all items sold and shipped by Mile High Airguns. Marketplace items are subject to the individual seller's return policy. If you have questions or need assistance with a Marketplace return, please contact us directly.

Return Eligibility

  • New, unused items may be returned within 60 days of the date of receipt.

  • Certain products are not eligible for return, including, but not limited to:

    • Ammunition

    • Crossbows

    • Bows

    • Gunpowder

    • Mouth calls

    • Special-order items

    • Cerakote orders

    • Custom configurator orders

If one of these items is defective, please follow the manufacturer's warranty process for repair or replacement.

Restocking Fee

Products that have been shipped from our facility can no longer be sold as new and are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return.

Defective Products

  • Defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement of the same item.

  • After 30 days, all product defects must be handled directly through the manufacturer's warranty process.

Product Condition

Any alteration or modification to a product may void the manufacturer's warranty. If an item shows evidence of tool marks, misuse, damage, or unauthorized modifications, Mile High Airguns reserves the right to deny the return. If a return is refused, we will notify you and return the item at your expense.

Items that have been repaired by another service center or directly by the manufacturer are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please obtain an RMA before returning any merchandise.

When returning an item:

  1. Include the reason for the return, your phone number, and the RMA number with your shipment.

  2. Retain a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase for your records.

  3. Package all items securely to prevent damage during transit.

If Mile High Airguns provides a prepaid return shipping label, attach it to the package and deliver it to the appropriate shipping carrier as instructed on the label.

Return Processing

Most returns are processed within one business day after they are received and inspected. Processing times may be extended during weekends, holidays, or periods of high return volume.
